What is the difference between a subscription and a one-time pack?
A subscription refreshes credits every billing cycle at the plan rate. A one-time pack is a single purchase — nothing renews and nothing is charged again.
How much does one image cost?
It depends on the plan and the render tier. With Lite monthly ($9.99 for 50 credits, about $0.20 per credit): 1K $0.60, 1.5K $1.40, 2K $2.40. With Pro monthly ($19.99 for 120 credits, about $0.17 per credit): 1K $0.50, 1.5K $1.17, 2K $2.00. Do credits expire?
Subscription credits expire at the end of each billing cycle, so use them before the cycle ends. One-time pack credits never expire.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid period, then it will not renew.
How do refunds work?
Subscription charges are non-refundable once a billing period starts. Technical generation failures return the credits for that task to your balance automatically. Requests refused for content-safety or copyright reasons are not refunded.
Can I use the images commercially?
Yes. Every paid plan and one-time pack includes a commercial-use license. Free-account renders are watermarked and intended for evaluation only. A completed one-time pack removes the watermark permanently; an active subscription removes it while the plan is active.
