What MossImage is
MossImage is a hosted image generator focused on pictures that carry real words: event and exhibition posters, menus and price lists, packaging labels, product ads and bilingual layouts. You write a prompt, quote the copy that must appear, choose a render tier and aspect ratio, and download a PNG.
The hosted model is MOSS-Image SFT. Draft renders at 512 px, 1K at about 1 megapixel, 1.5K at about 2 megapixels and 2K up to 4 megapixels. Signed-in accounts receive two free Draft renders each UTC day; paid credits unlock higher tiers and watermark-free delivery.

What MossImage is not
MossImage is not a general photo editor. It does not do inpainting, object removal or reference-image editing. It is not a video generator, a vector logo tool, or a replacement for a full desktop publishing workflow. It is also not the MOSS-Image model repository, and it is not operated by the OpenMOSS Team.
Text rendering is probabilistic. The product is designed for readable text and gives you tools to check it, but no generation is guaranteed to reproduce every character correctly. The benchmark page publishes both passes and failures so you can judge the current state.

The three names are related, but they are not interchangeable.

The model repository is at github.com/OpenMOSS/MOSS-Image. Model weights, architecture details and the official ComfyUI graph come from that project; the hosted product, pricing and benchmark are ours.
05 / Operations
How the hosted service is put together
Prompts are sent to fal.ai for inference on MOSS-Image SFT. Payments and subscriptions are processed by Waffo. The site, database and generated-file delivery run on Cloudflare, including R2 for stored images. Account data and generation history live in our database; the Privacy Policy explains what is stored, why, and how to request deletion.
We publish a first-party benchmark with fixed prompts, seeds and settings so the results can be checked rather than taken on trust. When we change a claim, price or result, we update the page and its modification date.
